Staff training
At Sugarflick, you are in coming to a salon with a very high standard. Our staff are trained over many months and will not be let loose on anyone until we feel they are ready. We oversee everything and our staff have to be ready too. Nobody is made to do anything they are not comfortable with.
I met a lady a few years ago who worked in a nearby salon where the owner showed her how to do a Brazilian, followed by “off you go then”. She was not long out of college and finding her feet. Seriously, I think that is just outrageous. It was 14th Feb too she told us, so many Valentine bookings were in, imagine the anxiety she went through that day.
Look out for our training days, when new staff train, we need models, half price or sometimes even free, depending on the day. You can sign up to our mailing list and be the first to know when we offer these slots.
