We finally got the keys
Wow I feel like I have been over more hurdles than Jessica Ennis, but we made it! It has been a trying few months, hard as it was, I must say, if you are ever thinking of taking on a commercial property, never do it without a lawyer. As many of you know we lost the last place in Swaythling, a huge money pit but actually it was dangerous, sadly neglected for years by the Collins Estate and Primmer Olds. This place is no beauty either, well, not yet, but it will be soon, everything is possible. Thanks to Goadsy, Eastleigh BC and Rawlin Davy solicitors we got there in the end.
