1st treatment timings

When booking a wax, a sugar, a haircut, etc., you may find that the booking website states a time requirement for a certain treatment. We don’t work like that. Every client is an individual, and we are not going to rush you. Also, when booking with us you are not whisked off to a new website ie taken away from the company you are booking with. Ever wondered where your data goes when you hit book now?

You may also read “Hollywood 30 mins” or “back wax 20 minutes” ~ but whoa, hang on there a minute. One needs to take into account the length of hair, previous methods of hair removal, medication, pregnancy, skin type, different comfort levels, plus someone’s mobility

At Sugarflick, be rest assured we allocate enough time for your first treatment and when you return, we will know how long your next appointment will take, as long as it is not a year on of course, let’s be realistic here.

There is nothing worse than being rushed, it is stressful for you, the client, and also for the therapist. Hair may get missed and you feel like just a name in a diary, no personal touch at all! A client’s comfort is our priority. We care and this is why so many of our clients return and stay for years.
