Staff training
At Sugarflick, you know you are in a salon with a very high standard. Our staff are trained over many months and will not be let loose on anyone until we feel they are ready. We oversee everything and our staff have to be ready too. Nobody is made to do anything they are not comfortable with.
I met a lady a few years ago who worked in a near by salon where the owner showed her how to do a Brazilian followed by “off you go then”. She was not long out of college and finding her feet. Seriously I thnk that is just outrageous. It was 14th Feb too, so many Valentine bookings she told me, imagine the anxiety she went through that day.
Look out for our training days, when new staff train we need models, half price or sometimes even free, depends on the day.
When we need models we put out announcements on social media and also in our mailchimp mailouts.
