As well as being a brilliant web designer, Prisca is a tutor in both London and Sheffield, she is total guru when it comes to protection and security. So here’s the thing with those buttons, you can be rest assured that at Sugarflick your data is safe. We do not use third-party booking platforms to handle any appointments; it is all in-house, all staying right here at Sugarflick. Your appointment goes straight into our own booking diary and this is where your confirmation emails also come from. No third-party platforms involved, and therefore, no unexpected redirects or questions such as “who has access to my personal data”?
But what about payment platforms?
Absolutely, yes of course, this is an important question; we do not store your card details. We use Stripe, this is the only time you are taken away, and that is when you pay. Stripe is one of the most trusted and widely recognised payment processors in the world. Stripe is used by everyone from small independents to major global brands. Your card details are handled with industry-leading security, so that is it, in a nutshell, we never store these details ourselves, no siree!
So from the moment you book, to the time you pay, you are in the safe hands of Sugarflick and Stripe.
